Resolution No. 2766 February 26, 1986 1. That the proposed display be substantially as shown on the submitted detailed plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the applicant secure the necessary permits for appliance connections and other work associated with the garage conversion and display installation. 3. That the duration of the exhibit be limited to the proposed one and a half (1-1/2) years, or until the use of the model homes complex is terminated, whichever comes first. 4. That the garage be restored to its original state to meet all applicable Building Department requirements and codes necessary for certification for occupancy. 5. That any proposed signage to be used in relation to the PG&E exhibit be submitted to and receive the approval of the Planning Department prior to its installation. 6. That this project be subject to review by the Planning Department after a period of six months (September 1986) to ensure that no significant traffic impacts have occurred in the vicinity as a result of the project. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless an appeal has been received prior to that time.
