Resolution No. 2766 <br />February 26, 1986 <br />1. That the proposed display be substantially as shown <br />on the submitted detailed plans on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant secure the necessary permits for <br />appliance connections and other work associated <br />with the garage conversion and display <br />installation. <br />3. That the duration of the exhibit be limited to the <br />proposed one and a half (1-1/2) years, or until the <br />use of the model homes complex is terminated, <br />whichever comes first. <br />4. That the garage be restored to its original state <br />to meet all applicable Building Department <br />requirements and codes necessary for certification <br />for occupancy. <br />5. That any proposed signage to be used in relation to <br />the PG&E exhibit be submitted to and receive the <br />approval of the Planning Department prior to its <br />installation. <br />6. That this project be subject to review by the <br />Planning Department after a period of six months <br />(September 1986) to ensure that no significant <br />traffic impacts have occurred in the vicinity as a <br />result of the project. <br />Section 2.
