PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2770 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REYNOLDS AND BROWN AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-86-4 <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for development plan <br />approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. <br />ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an <br />approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and I-580. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Negative Declaration for this project after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff at their duly noticed <br />public hearing of March 10,1986; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development <br />plan to be in conformance with the zoning and general <br />plan designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-86-4, the application <br />of Reynolds and Brown for development plan approval of a <br />five building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. <br />office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an <br />approximately 8.82 acre site located on the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and I-580 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, landscape plans, etc., Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the development shall be subject to all the <br />conditions for Case PUD-80-14 and PUD-82-1. <br />3. That all of the permitted and conditionally <br />permitted uses shall be those listed on the attached <br />Exhibit "B". <br />4. That the applicant shall obtain Caltrans approval to <br />landscape the right-of-way along the I-580 highway <br />corridor that is adjacent to the project's highway <br />
