PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2770 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REYNOLDS AND BROWN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-86-4 WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for development plan approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and I-580. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration for this project after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff at their duly noticed public hearing of March 10,1986; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development plan to be in conformance with the zoning and general plan designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-86-4, the application of Reynolds and Brown for development plan approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an approximately 8.82 acre site located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and I-580 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, landscape plans, etc., Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development shall be subject to all the conditions for Case PUD-80-14 and PUD-82-1. 3. That all of the permitted and conditionally permitted uses shall be those listed on the attached Exhibit "B". 4. That the applicant shall obtain Caltrans approval to landscape the right-of-way along the I-580 highway corridor that is adjacent to the project's highway
