This access road <br />shall be a minimum of twelve feet (12') in width, have <br />minimum inside radii of thirty-four feet (34'), be capable of <br />supporting a fire engine in all weather conditions, have an <br />AC berm or equivalent on the creek side be paved with A.C. or <br />P.C.C., slope a~Jay from the creek and be completed to the <br />
