Resolution No. 2775 3/26/86 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department, except that the wheel stops shown on the parking spaces adjacent to the front elevations of both buildings shall be removed, with the sidewalk area extended two feet to function as a wheel stop. 2. That the comprehensive signing program shall substantially conform to plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department and shall be subject to the following regulations: a. that tenant signage shall consist of individual channel letters, internally illuminated. b. that such letters shall be a maximum of 15 inches in height and that the overall length of the sign area shall not exceed 12 feet. c. that characters shall be limited to capital letters, that no logos may be employed, and that a single color red/orange blend shall be used for all tenant signage. d. that signs shall be centered in the sign band area closes to the entrance bay to the tenant space. e. that there shall be a limit of one sign per tenant. f. that there shall be no tenant signage along the north wall elevation of the smaller building. g. that this program shall apply only to individual tenant signage and that identification signage for the complex itself shall be limited to a single, freestanding monument sign, the design and location of which shall be submitted under separate application to the Design Review Board for approval. h. that all signage shall be subject to Planning Department review prior to issuance of a building permit. 3. That all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1?.32 shall apply to this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
