Resolution No. 2775 <br />3/26/86 <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the plans and elevations on file with the <br />Planning Department, except that the wheel stops <br />shown on the parking spaces adjacent to the front <br />elevations of both buildings shall be removed, with <br />the sidewalk area extended two feet to function as a <br />wheel stop. <br />2. That the comprehensive signing program shall <br />substantially conform to plans and elevations on <br />file with the Planning Department and shall be <br />subject to the following regulations: <br />a. that tenant signage shall consist of individual <br />channel letters, internally illuminated. <br />b. that such letters shall be a maximum of 15 <br />inches in height and that the overall length of <br />the sign area shall not exceed 12 feet. <br />c. that characters shall be limited to capital <br />letters, that no logos may be employed, and that <br />a single color red/orange blend shall be used <br />for all tenant signage. <br />d. that signs shall be centered in the sign band <br />area closes to the entrance bay to the tenant <br />space. <br />e. that there shall be a limit of one sign per <br />tenant. <br />f. that there shall be no tenant signage along the <br />north wall elevation of the smaller building. <br />g. that this program shall apply only to individual <br />tenant signage and that identification signage <br />for the complex itself shall be limited to a <br />single, freestanding monument sign, the design <br />and location of which shall be submitted under <br />separate application to the Design Review Board <br />for approval. <br />h. that all signage shall be subject to Planning <br />Department review prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />3. That all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. <br />1?.32 shall apply to this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
