PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2775 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIONER OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE FINAL BUILDING <br />ELEVATIONS, WALL DESIGN, LANDSCAPING AND SITE DESIGN <br />FOR CASE PUD-80-15-2D, PIMLICO ASSOCIATES (HIVEST, <br />INC.) <br />WHEREAS, at their October 23, 1985 meeting, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the development plan <br />for this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, included in the recommended conditions of approval to <br />the City Council was the requirement that the developers <br />submit final building elevations and wall design to the <br />Planning Commission for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development plan at their <br />November 19, 1985 meeting and the requirement for Design <br />Review approval of final elevations and design of the <br />rear wall was included as Condition No. 6 of Ordinance <br />No. 2332; and <br />WHEREAS, in addition review of the comprehensive sign program for <br />the complex is also included in this application. Also <br />the developer has also received City approval for the <br />subdivision of the site into two parcels (MS-85-16); and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 26, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this design review submittal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission agreed that the final elevations <br />and wall plans, as revised, are appropriate for the <br />site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />section 1 <br />Approves the design of the final building <br />elevations, wall design, landscaping, site design and <br />sign plan for the approximately 26,200 sq. ft. shopping <br />center proposed to be located on an approximately 2 acre <br />site located on the south side of Pimlico Drive, <br />approximately .1 mile east of the intersection of <br />Pimlico Drive and Santa Rita Road subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />
