Resolution No. 2777 <br />3/26/86 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that c) that the proposed <br />conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the Ordinance Code. <br />The proposed sandwich shop will comply with all <br />provisions of the Pleasanton Zoning Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-10, application of Sigi <br />Osicki, for a conditional use permit to allow a sandwich <br />shop at 7116-A Johnson Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the sandwich <br />the location map, <br />Exhibit A, on file <br />Department. <br />shop be located as shown on <br />site plan, and floor plan, <br />with the Planning <br />2. That the hours of operating be limited to only <br />11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br />3. That the applicant obtain all the necessary <br />County and City permits prior to the opening <br />of business including building permits for <br />tenant improvements, County health and <br />alcoholic beverage permits, and other permits <br />as required by City ordinance. <br />4. That if the proposed window sign is greater <br />than 24 sq. ft. the applicant shall submit for <br />design review approval. Otherwise, the <br />applicant shall submit the design of the sign <br />for staff review only. <br />Section 2.
