PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2795 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-80-2~1D, APPLICATION OF THE KOLL COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates and the Koll Company have <br />applied for design review approval for eight one-story <br />and one three-story office buildings totalling <br />approximately 300,400 square feet to be located on five <br />sites totalling approximately 24 acres located on the <br />west side of Valley Avenue between Bernal Avenue and the <br />Arroyo del Valle; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 14, 1986 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />regarding this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, no environmental assessment accompanied this case as <br />this is a project anticipated at the time the EIr was <br />prepared. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-1D, application <br />of Koll Company as herein described subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the buildings, site plans, and landscape plans <br />in Phase I shall be as shown in Exhibit A, "First <br />Phase Buildings", dated 18 April 1986 on file with <br />the Planning Department, except as modified herein. <br />2. That reciprocal easements satisfactory to the City <br />Attorney shall be recorded over the access easements <br />and parking areas of those parking areas which are <br />physically connected. <br />3. That preliminary landscape plans showing actual <br />anticipated species be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for approval within 30 days of the project <br />approval. <br />4. That all signage for the respective buildings shall <br />
