Small bed and breakfasts and bed <br />and breakfast inns shall conform to the <br />requirements of the county health de- <br />partment, the uniform building code, <br />and title 24 of the California Adminis- <br />trative Code. <br />E. Parking shall be provided on-site <br />as provided in sections 18.88.030 and <br />18.88.040 of this title. (Ord. 1636 § 10, <br />1994) <br />Article IV. Use Permits <br />For Second Units <br />18.124.280 Procedure: <br />A conditional use permit shall be <br />required for any second unit as <br />described in chapter 18.106 of this title. <br />All of the requirements of this chapter <br />shall apply hereto, except that the zon- <br />ing administrator shall hold the public <br />hearing and make the required findings, <br />as provided in sections 18.124.060 and <br />18.124.070 of this chapter, if the pro- <br />ject meets the criteria as provided in <br />section 18.106.020 of this title. Deci- <br />sions of the zoning administrator may <br />be appealed to the planning commis- <br />sion, and decisions of the planning <br />commission may be appealed to the city <br />council as provided in section <br />18.124.090 of this chapter.
