~.os.olo <br />Chapter 7.08 <br />ANIMAL NUISANCESI <br />Sections: <br />7.08.010 Designated <br />7.08.010 Designated: <br />It is unlawful and a nuisance for any <br />owner of any animal to knowingly <br />permit or tolerate the animal, by any <br />barking or other noise or sound of <br />loudness, duration and location, to dis- <br />turb any reasonable person's peace and <br />quiet. This section shall not be con- <br />strued to prohibit the keeping of any <br />watchdog, provided the owner thereof <br />takes immediate steps to quiet the dog <br />whenever it barks; and provided such <br />owner never leaves such dog unattend- <br />ed on the premises in a place where its <br />barking would disturb a reasonable <br />person's peace and quiet.
