7.16.010 <br />Chapter 7.16 <br />DOGS AT LARGE' <br />Sections: <br />7.16.010 Dogs At Large - <br />Unlawful <br />7.16.010 Dogs At Large -Unlawful: <br />A. Except as permitted in this section <br />and section 13.08.080 of this code, it <br />shall be unlawful for any owner of a <br />dog to permit such dog, whether li- <br />censed or unlicensed, to be at lazge. <br />B. Nothing in this chapter shall pro- <br />hibit adog from being used without <br />leash to herd, guard, gather, or other- <br />wise work domestic animals or fowl in <br />or upon a public or private place with <br />the consent of the person in chazge of <br />'~ the place so long as the dog is con- <br />trolled by the dog's owner, and so long <br />as the dog does not wrongfully hazm or <br />damage or threaten to harm or damage <br />any person or public or private proper- <br />ty.
