18.08.395 <br />18.08.395 Oriel Window: <br />"Oriel window" means a window <br />which projects from the main line of an <br />enclosing wall of a building and is <br />carried on brackets or corbels. (Ord. <br />1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 § 1, 1998; Prior <br />Code § 2-5.26(e)) <br />18.08.400 Outdoor Advertising <br />Structure: <br />"Outdoor advertising structure" <br />means a structure of any kind or <br />character erected or maintained for <br />outdoor advertising purposes, upon <br />which any advertising sign may be <br />placed. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 <br />§ 1, 1998; Prior Code § 2-5.27(a)) <br />18.08.405 Patio, Covered: <br />"Covered patio" means an attached <br />or detached structure not exceeding <br />fourteen feet (14') in height, and en- <br />closed on not more than three (3) sides, <br />except for posts necessary for roof <br />support. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 <br />§ 1, 1998; Prior Code § 2-5.27(b)) <br />18.08.410 Personal Wireless Service: <br />"Personal wireless service" means <br />commercial mobile services and unli- <br />censed wireless service. For the pur- <br />pose of this definition, radio towers and <br />television towers are not considered <br />personal wireless services. Common <br />examples of personal wireless services <br />are personal communications service <br />(PCS), cellular radiotelephone service, <br />and paging. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. <br />1738 § 1, 1998) <br />18.08.415 Personal Wireless Service <br />Facility: <br />"Personal wireless service facility" <br />means an unstaffed facility, generally <br />consisting of transmitters, antenna <br />structures, and other types of installa- <br />tions which receive and transmit radio <br />frequency signals for the provision of <br />personal wireless services including <br />support structure, ancillary equipment <br />cabinet or structure, and related equip- <br />ment. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 § 1, <br />1998) <br />18.08.420 Personal Wireless Service <br />Facility Tower: <br />"Personal wireless service facility <br />tower" means a monopole, lattice tow- <br />er, freestanding tower, or other struc- <br />ture designed to support antennas. (Ord. <br />1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 § 1, 1998) <br />18.08.425 Personal Wireless Service <br />Provider: <br />"Personal wireless service provider" <br />means any authorized provider of per- <br />sonal wireless services.
