(Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. <br />1738 § 1, 1998; Prior Code § 2-5.25(e)) <br />18.08.370 Nuclear Power Facility: <br />"Nuclear power facility" means one <br />or more electrical power generators that <br />convert heat produced in a reactor by <br />the fissioning of nuclear fuel into elec- <br />tricity by using the heat created to drive <br />an engine or turbine. (Ord. 1880, 2003) <br />18.08.372 Nursery: <br />"Nursery" means a site or structure <br />where only plants, plant materials, or <br />garden supplies (such as fertilizer, <br />pesticides, herbicides, small garden <br />tools, etc.) are offered for sale; plants <br />are raised or stored; and landscape <br />design services may be offered. (Ord. <br />1880, 2003; Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. <br />1738 § 1, 1998; Prior Code § 2-5.25(f)) <br />18.08.375 Nursery School: <br />"Nursery school" means a school for <br />five (5) or more preelementary school- <br />age children, or use of a site or portion <br />of a site for a group daycare program <br />(including, but not limited to, a day <br />nursery, play group or after school <br />group) for five (5) or more children <br />when not located in the provider's own <br />home, and a school and/or group day- <br />care program for thirteen (13) or more <br />children when located in the provider's <br />own home. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. <br />1738 § 1, 1998; Ord. 1126 § 2, 1984; <br />Prior Code § 2-5.26(a)) <br />18.08.380 Nursing Home: <br />"Nursing home" means a structure <br />operated as a lodging house in which <br />nursing, dietary and other personal <br />services are rendered to convalescents, <br />invalids or aged persons, not including <br />persons suffering from contagious or <br />mental diseases, alcoholism or drug <br />addiction, and in which surgery is not <br />performed and primary treatment, such <br />as customarily is given in hospitals or <br />sanitariums, is not provided. A conva- <br />lescent home or a rest home shall be <br />deemed a nursing home. (Ord. 1743, <br />1998; Ord. 1738 § 1, 1998; Prior Code <br />18.08.385 Off Street Loading <br />Facilities: <br />"Off street loading facilities" means <br />a site or portion of a site devoted to the <br />loading or unloading of motor vehicles <br />or trailers, including loading berths, <br />aisles, access drives, and landscaped <br />areas. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 § 1, <br />1998; Prior Code § 2-5.26(c)) <br />18.08.390 Off Street Parking <br />Facilities: <br />"Off street parking facilities" means <br />a site or portion of a site devoted to the <br />off street parking of motor vehicles, <br />including parking spaces, aisles, access <br />drives and landscaped areas.
