6.04.040 <br />to patrons of the premises at the ratio of <br />two (2) bicycle stalls for each of the first <br />three (3) devices. Additional racks shall <br />be provided at a ratio determined ade- <br />quate as a condition of use permit approv- <br />al for game azcades. Public places in <br />which minors are not allowed shall be <br />exempt from this provision. In the case of <br />premises which do not allow persons <br />eighteen (18) years or under, unless ac- <br />companied by an adult, the bicycle rack <br />requirement shall not apply. <br />E. No amusement device shall be locat- <br />ed outside of any "building", as defined <br />by section 18.08.085 of this code. <br />F. Loitering on the premises by minors <br />after the hour of curfew is prohibited. <br />G. No person responsible for the opera- <br />tion of any amusement device in a public <br />place shall allow a school age child to <br />play or operate such a device during any <br />time such child is required to be in <br />school.
