20.20.015 20.20.015 Section 304.1 Amended - Fees: Section 304.1 of the Uniform Admin- istrative Code Provisions for the Na- tional Electrical Code, 1996 Edition, is amended as follows: 304.1 Fees. The National Electrical Code permit fees shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule'. (Ord. 1778 § 5, 1999; Ord. 1669 § 5, 1995) 20.20.016 Section 304.2 -Plan Review Fees: Section 304.2 of the Uniform Admin- istrative Code Provisions for the Na- tional Electrical Code, 1996 Edition, is amended as follows: 304.2 Plan Review Fees. The Na- tional Electrical Code plan review fees shall be as set forth in the Mas- ter Fee Schedule'. (Ord. 1778 § 5, 1999) 20.20.022 Article 110.26(c) Amended - Access And Entrance To Working Space: Article 110.26(c) of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the National Electrical Code, is amend- ed to read as follows: (c) Access and Entrance to Working Space. At least one entrance of suffi- cient area shall be provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment. For equipment rated 1200 amperes or more and over 6 ft (1.83 m) wide that contains overcurrent devices, switching devices, or control devices, there shall be one entrance not less than 24 in. (610 mm) wide and 6 1/2 ft (1.98 m) high at each end of the working space. Where the entrance has a personnel door(s), the door(s) shall open in the direction of egress and be equipped with panic bars, pressure plates or other devices that are normally latched but open under simple pressure. 20.20.020 Addition To Article 90-9 -Penalties For Violation: Article 90-9 is added to the National Electrical Code, Penalties for violation. Penalties for violation will be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. (Ord. 1561 § 7, 1992; Ord. 1169 § 5, 1984; Prior Code § 2-14.04) 1. The master fee schedule is on file in the office of the city clerk. Exception No. 1: Where the location permits a continuous and unobstructed way of exit travel, one means of access shall be permitted. Exception No. 2: Where the work space required by Section 110-26(a) is doubled, only one entrance to the working space is required. It shall be located so the edge of the entrance nearest the equipment is the minimum 71 U-7 (Pleasanton April 2003)
