2. A Task Force consisting of representatives of agencies specified in <br />"Exhibit A" hereto, so marked and made a part hereof, shall oversee and <br />direct the preparation by the consultant so engaged of the proposal men- <br />tioned in Recital A above. <br /> <br /> 3. The parties shall share in meeting the costs of the proposal in the <br />proportions stated in the schedule thereof marked "Exhibit B" attached <br />hereto and made a part thereof. The indicated amounts are based on popula- <br />tion and area of the respective jurisdictions and the sampling density for <br />the Alameda Creek and the Bay Plains drainage areas. <br /> <br /> 4. The total costs to be so apportioned shall not exceed $1,370,000. <br /> <br /> 5. This agreement shall be effective upon the execution by the Alameda <br />County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br /> 6. County will invoice each city in March of each year. Any adjust- <br />ments in total costs will be made in final March invoice. <br /> <br /> 7. There are seven cities within Alameda County where flood control <br />benefit assessment fees are collected.
