CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-292 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT AND DEFERRED STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH DIXIE KAMP FOR OFF-SITE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO DEVELOP PARCEL MAP 5676 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Reimbursement <br /> Agreement and Deferred Street Improvement Agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Dixie Kamp for <br /> off-site improvements relating to Parcel Map 5676, <br /> copies of which are attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 18, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~am~J~alke~,' City ~er~~ <br />By Peggy L.
