CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-282 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRI-VATJ2Y <br /> TRANSPORTATION COUNCIL RULES OF <br /> PROCEDURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 20, 1989, the Mayor <br /> presented a memorandum regarding the proposed Rules <br /> of Procedure for the recently-formed Tri-Valley <br /> Transportation Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> approves the Rules of Procedure of the Tri-Valley <br /> Transportation Council, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KE~NET~ R.
