Citv Manager Newsletters <br />Ms. Decker noted that there had been requests for the status of the City Manager newsletter and <br />added that as of January 2007, it would be distributed to the Planning Cotnmissioners. <br />In response to an inquiry by Acting Chairperson Fox whether past newsletters could be made <br />available, Ms. Decker noted that they were not available at this time. <br />Staff Reports in PDF Format <br />Ms. Decker noted that there had been a conversation between Mr. Iserson and the Commission <br />regazding making PDFs of all staff reports and then emailed. Mr. Iserson has since stated that <br />lazge plans cannot be scanned and would need to be delivered in paper form. She noted that this <br />option was still being reseazched. <br />Podcasts <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff continued to reseazch podcasts ofnon-televised meetings. <br />Feedback Form <br />Ms. Decker noted that the feedback form similar to that used by Livermore suggested by Acting <br />Chairperson Fox was being considered by staff. She noted that it would not be an immediate <br />change and added that once the data were gathered, it would require staff to compile and analyze <br />the data. <br />Laserfiche Couying Costs <br />Ms. Decker followed up on Acting Chairperson Fox's concern about printing costs ($1 for a <br />laserfiche page), noting that the costs had increased due to staff time required in making the <br />copies. She noted that cost was acceptable within the Code and that staff would continue to <br />reseazch that item. <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'SREVIEW/ACTION <br />a.
