THE CITY OF <br />i <br />.~ ~.. ~~~ <br />~L~~s~~~ro~ve <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, November 29, 2006 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 29, 2006 was called to order at <br />7:02 p.m. by Acting Chairperson Fox. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Planning & Building Director, Donna <br />Decker, Principal Planner; Steve Bocian, Assistant City <br />Manager; Julie Hazryman, Assistant City Attorney; Phil <br />Grubstick, City Engineer; Steve Otto, Associate Planner; <br />and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O'Connor, <br />Arne Olson, and Jennifer Peazce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox requested that the minutes be addressed at the end of the meeting <br />to accommodate the agenda items. Ms. Decker concurred. <br />3. <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br />Kevin Close, 871 Sycamore Road, clarified his statement in the October 25, 2006 <br />meeting minutes. He had intended to say that if the Heartwood Communities wishes to <br />be part of the golf course and not part of the greater Happy Valley area, an amendment to <br />the Happy Valley Specific Plan would be necessary. He hoped to preserve the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan in the future and not reverse it.
