ATTACHNENTA: <br /> <br /> Proposed Conditions o£ Approva~ <br /> Re~radin~ of Lo~ 33 Trac~ 5835 <br /> <br />1. That the regrading of Lot 33 of Tract 5835 shall conform <br /> substantially to the revised grading plans, Exhibit A (dated <br /> "Received June 6, 1989"), on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That all excess cut material generated from the proposed <br /> regrading of the four lots shall be exported to areas within <br /> the general vicinity of the site (e.g. the Beratlis, <br /> Hatsushi, and Amador Savings and Loan properties). The <br /> applicants shall submit a plan for the export of cut material <br /> which accommodates the off-hauling and method for depositing <br /> of dirt within the boundaries of the properties noted above. <br /> Said plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Planning Director prior to any regrading on the lots. <br /> <br /> 3. That any retaining walls installed as part of the regrading <br /> shall be of concrete block construction and shall meet the <br /> requirements of the improvement plans for Tract 5835, on file <br /> with the Public Works/Engineering Department. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall supply the Building Department with <br /> details of all drainage lines and trenches. <br /> <br />5.
