CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-279 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REGRADING FOR LOT <br /> 33, TRACT 5835, VINTAGE HEIGHTS II <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 20, 1989, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 89:291) regarding the <br /> proposed regrading of the building pad area for <br /> Lot 33 of Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II, located <br /> at 870 Montevino Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held, at which time testimony <br /> and documents were reviewed regarding this <br /> application; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the regrading of the building pad area <br /> for Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II, Lot 33, located <br /> at 870 Montevino Drive, subject to the conditions <br /> listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, and Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Butler an~~ <br /> KENNETH ~.
