Citv Manager's Report <br />Commissioner Olson inquired whether the City Manager's report would be available. <br />Ms. Han•yman noted that it was just released the previous day. <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'SREVIEW/ACTION <br />a. Future Planning Calendaz <br />Ms. Decker noted that the second meetings in November and December were traditionally <br />cancelled because of their proximity to Thanksgiving Day in November and the holiday <br />season in December. She requested the Commission to take that action. She added that <br />several Wednesdays had been suggested for additional meetings (November 1, 15, and 29; <br />December 6 and 20). <br />Commissioner Blank noted that he could attend any extra meeting on a Wednesday. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to cancel the second meetings in November and December <br />as recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Fox, Olson, and Peazce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />The motion passed. <br />b.
