ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Janice Stern, Principal <br />Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Phil <br />Grubstick, City Engineer, and Cory Emberson, Recording <br />Secretazy. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Peazce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. September 13, 2006 <br />Commissioner Peazce noted that the sentence on the third full pazagraph on page 8 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "Acting Chairperson Fox requested the motion be amended.... <br />Commissioners hllar~ Pearce and Olson accepted the proposed amendment." <br />Commissioner Peazce requested that the sentence on the fifth full pazagraph on page 8 should <br />be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Peazce was confident that the azchitect had <br />made a-geed an informed choice in color selection." <br />Commissioner Olson stated that he did not ask the question about the three acres on the <br />pazcel as noted on the first sentence of the second full pazagraph on page 11.
