PCUP-171, Korean Presbyterian Church of Tri-Valley <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a church located <br />at 5925 West Las Positas Boulevard. Zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O <br />(Planned Unit Development – Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />b. PCUP-177, Seshimkwan Martial Arts Studio <br /> <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a martial arts studio located at <br />6620 Owens Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit <br />Development – Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />c. PCUP-178, Mills Corporation and Cheesecake Factory Restaurant <br /> <br /> Application for a conditional use permit to allow alcoholic beverage and food <br />service after 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, at 1350 Stoneridge Mall Road <br />in the Stoneridge Mall Shopping Center. Zoning for the property is C-R[m] <br />(Regional Commercial [Mall]) District. <br /> <br />d. PCUP-179, Mills Corporation and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Restaurant <br /> <br /> <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow alcoholic beverage service with <br />food service after 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, at 1330 Stoneridge Mall <br />Road in the Stoneridge Mall Shopping Center. Zoning for the property is C-R[m] <br />(Regional Commercial [Mall]) District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank noted that Condition No. 7 of Item 5.d., PCUP-179, Mills <br />Corporation and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Restaurant, was not consistent with that of <br />Item 5.c., PCUP-178, Mills Corporation and Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. Ms. Decker <br />noted that this had been brought to staff’s attention and that staff agreed that the <br />conditions should be consistent. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the required conditional use permit findings as <br />listed in the staff reports and to approve the Consent Calendar items as <br />recommended by staff, with a modification that Condition No. 7 of PCUP-179 be <br />consistent with that of PCUP-178. <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES September 13, 2006 Page 3 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
