Commissioner Olson advised that the 6a' full paragraph on page 21 indicated that he requested clarification that if the Oak Grove items were not continued at that meeting, the Commission would have come up with other possible alternatives for the project. He stated that he did not recall that; he noted that he questioned the process and whether it was possible for the Commission to outline additional alternatives for the project. His seazch for alternatives did not have anything to do with whether the next meeting was scheduled. The minutes were approved as amended. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR a. PCUP-170, Tutorine Club of Pleasanton Application for a conditional use permit to allow a tutoring center within a portion of the existing building located at 260 Main Street. Zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District, Downtown Revitalization District, and Core Area Overlay District. Commissioner Blank moved to make the required conditional use permit fmdings as listed in the staff report and to approve Case PCUP-170, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B of the staff report, as recommended by staff.
