Ms. Decker noted that staff resources were prioritized by the City Council. PUD-50, Ponderosa Homes <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 19.83-acre site into 271ots and to <br />construct 25 new, one- and two-story single-family detached homes ranging in <br />size from 3,908 squaze feet to 4,595 squaze feet located at 3157 Trenery Drive and <br />2313 Martin Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit <br />Development -Low Density Residential) District. <br />Also consider the Negative Declazation prepared for the project. <br />Ms. Decker summarized the staff report and described the background, layout, and scope <br />of this project. She noted that there were recent communications both in support and <br />opposition of this project and that a neighborhood meeting and a workshop had been <br />held. The issue of a sidewalk on Cameron Avenue was prominent during the Planning <br />Commission workshop, and the result of the May 10 discussion was reflected in these <br />/~ plans.
