Chairperson Arkin noted that he would like to see the documents for the original approval <br />(^ of the facility. Commissioner Peazce concurred with that request. <br />Ms. Decker noted that while the landscaping may not strictly adhere to the original <br />landscaping plans, it met the intent of not letting the open space become barren land. <br />Commissioner Arkin moved to continue the item to the June 28, 2006 meeting to <br />allow staff to provide the Commission with copies of all relevant City documents <br />related to the origina11971 approval of the convalescent care facility, including the <br />staff reports, resolutions, minutes, and neighborhood meeting notes and minutes. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion. <br />Commissioner Blank requested a determination of appropriateness for staff to bring back <br />to the Commission any and all newspaper articles, opinions, and clippings related to the <br />approval process.
