After Mr. Iserson <br />r explained that certain documents such as project plans and communication from the <br />general public could not be sent electronically, the Commission agreed to maintain the <br />status quo. <br />Commissioner O'Connor inquired if staff could limit the amount of documents given to <br />the Commissioners immediately before the meeting as there is not enough time to read <br />through the documents pertaining to agenda items, and he did not want the public to think <br />that the Commission had not taken a look at what they have to say. Mr. Iserson replied <br />that it is not always possible because of materials received at the last minute but that staff <br />would try to do that. <br />10.
