Commissioner Maas suggested that people be able to purchase bricks with their pets' <br />names on them. <br />Mr. Vermont stated that they planned to install a donation wall. <br />Glenn Grenada, project manager, Swinerton Management and Consulting, noted that her <br />office was working with the City on transferring the school impact fees from the modular <br />units to the permanent buildings. <br />Commissioner Roberts did not believe they should pay twice for development impact <br />fees or other fees such as sewer fees. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br />Ms. Harryman noted that she did not know whether certain school district fees could be <br />waived and suggested that the motion encourage that possibility. <br />Commissioner Maas moved to approve PDR-530 subject to the conditions listed in <br />Exhibit B of the staff report, as recommended by staff, with the modification that <br />the three-year time frame of the permit begin on the date of activation of the <br />building permit or the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the permanent <br />structure, whichever came first. The Commission also strongly encouraged staff to <br />~' evaluate if development impact fees paid for the temporary modular building could <br />be transferred to the fees required for the permanent facility. <br />Commissioner Roberts seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Fox, Maas, and Roberts. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Resolution No. PC-2006-17 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />e. Kazuo Hatsushi <br />Application for PUD development plan approval of a new development consisting <br />of 13 new and one existing single-family homes on an approximately 15-acre site <br />located at 2756, 2770, and 2798 Vineyazd Avenue in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan Area.
