Ms. Hardy replied...." <br />Chairperson Arkin noted that the sentence on the paragraph following the opening of the <br />public heazing on page 17 should be changed to read as follows: "Chairperson Arkin <br />requested that given the late hour, the applicant make an abbreviated presentation so the <br />public sus may have time to speak." <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3.
