~ Commissioner Pearce advised that the first sentence of the seventh full pazagraph on <br />! page 5 should be changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Peazce supported the <br />motion and understood the reasons for removal of the original tree." <br />(^ <br />/~ <br />Commissioner Fox advised that the second to the last sentence of the second pazagraph <br />on page 17 should be changed to read as follows: "The applicant has had numerous <br />outreach meetings with the neighborhood in discussing the project at lazge, and had <br />presented several plans that incorporated configurations of sidewalks, and there was <br />some discussion that some neighbors tlie-neigl~befheecl-did not want to have sidewalks." <br />Commissioner Fox advised that the last pazagraph on page 20 should read, "ht-~esgexse <br />Commissioner Fox ' <br />sidetivallF inquired whether a sidewalk could be placed near the corner of Cameron <br />Avenue and Martin Avenue without seizing any land from the adjoining neighbors, Mr. <br />Ketell and Mr. Leuthauser. Ms. Hardy replied...." <br />Chairperson Arkin noted that the sentence on the paragraph following the opening of the <br />public heazing on page 17 should be changed to read as follows: "Chairperson Arkin <br />requested that given the late hour, the applicant make an abbreviated presentation so the <br />public sus may have time to speak." <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4.
