Thank You to Commissioners Maas and Roberts
Chairperson Arkin wished to thank Commissioners Maas and Roberts for their eight
years of service and presented each with flowers.
8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION
a. Future Planning Calendaz
Ms. Decker noted that the first Consent Calendaz items would be included in the agenda
for the Apri126, 2006 meeting.
Ms. Harryman noted that staff was asked to provide a Consent Calendar and explained
that routine items would be listed on it. She suggested that Chairperson Arkin read the
explanation to the public so they are awaze of the process. She added that if either a
Commission or a member of the public would like to ask a question or speak on it, it may
be motioned off the Consent Calendar and placed on the regulaz agenda. Normal practice
would be to place that item first on the regulaz agenda. The Commission may also ask
short questions on that item without pulling it off the Consent Calendaz.
In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Fox regazding noticing of these items,
Ms. Decker responded that the noticing for the item is the same and that applicants would
be advised as to placement on the agenda.
b. Actions of the City Council
There were none.
c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator
There were none.
9. COMMUNICATIONS
There were none.
10.
