Commissioner Roberts believed the Linda Pipe item could have been placed on the <br />Consent Calendaz. <br />Ms. Decker noted that a Consent Calendaz may not be implemented ad hoc but that she <br />would research the procedure. <br />Ms. Hanyman noted that Consent Calendars were typical in most communities, and she <br />had discussed that option with Mr. Roush. She noted that staff could examine the public <br />heazing procedure language so the public understood it. She added that any item on the <br />Consent Calendaz maybe pulled and placed on the public hearing section of the agenda <br />to speak on it. She noted that any Commissioner may pull any item as well. <br />Abandoned Drive-Throueh Bank <br />Commissioner Fox noted that the drive-through bank at the corner of Valley Avenue and <br />Hopyard Road has been abandoned and vacant, and the sign has also been broken. She <br />inquired who the property owner was and whether Code Enforcement could look at it. <br />She noted that the broken glass created an eyesore. <br />Wireless Application <br />Commissioner Blank complimented staff on the excellent package put together for the <br />wireless applications. <br />r 8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br />Ms. Decker noted that the April 12, 2006 meeting fell on the first day of Passover and <br />asked the Commission's opinion on an alternate date. <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that the following week was spring break for the schools as <br />well. <br />Commissioner Blank noted that there was a great deal of work for the Commission and <br />did not wish to cancel a meeting. <br />Ms. Decker noted that she would examine the schedule and notify the Commissioners. <br />b.
