Citv Charter Commissioner Blank inquired whether an item in the City Charter could be changed by Council vote or whether it should be subject to a referendum. Mr. Roush replied that Pleasanton was a General Law City without a charter. He noted that Ms. Harryman was conversant on charter cities. Commissioner Blank noted that the City's website regazding ordinances referred to the City's charter and added that he would send the link to Mr. Roush. Furniture Store -Rose Shopnine Center Commissioner Maas noted that the furniture store was not the one presented to the Planning Commission. Ms. Decker replied that Broyhill was not going to be the store in that center. 8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'SREVIEW/ACTION a. Future Planning Calendar Ms. Decker drew the Commission's attention to a memo placed in the packet with the CIP midterm and added that some Commissioners had questioned whether it was necessary to ~"~ have it presented by the Assistant City Attorney, Steve Bocian. She stated that it was not necessary and that it was an informational review for the Planning Commission without a formal heazing. The Commissioners may direct their comments to Mr. Bocian, if they so desired. She indicated that it would be removed from the Mazch 29 agenda. b. Actions of the City Council There were none. c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator Commissioner Blank thanked Ms. Decker for the detail provided on the network development access and the Cingulaz application. 9. COMMUNICATIONS Chairperson Arkin inquired whether the Commission preferred addressing long documents page-by-page.
