PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, March 8, 2006 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 8, 2006, was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Arkin. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Michael Roush, City <br />~ Attorney; Julie Hangman, Assistant City Attorney; Janice <br />Stern, Principal Planner; Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager; Steve Cusenza, Manager of Utilities; Pamela Ott, <br />Economic Development Manager; Sally Maxwell, Associate <br />Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Trish <br />Maas, Jennifer Peazce, and Mary Roberts. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF NIINUTES <br />a. February 22, 2006. <br />Commissioner Fox advised that Jim Wolfe's name was spelled "Wolf' throughout the <br />minutes and requested that it be corrected. <br />Commissioner Roberts advised that the sentence on the seventh full pazagraph of page 15 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Roberts noted that the affected <br />families go to schools in Pleasanton but cannot vote for the Pleasanton School Boazd." <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES March 8, 2006 Page 1 of 22 <br />
