~ Commissioner Fox requested that the first sentence of the second full paragraph on <br />page 9 be modified to read as follows: "...conformance of this project with the <br />Downtown Specific Plan and the Downtown Design Guidelines, Ms. Decker advised...." <br />Commissioner Fox requested that the tenth sentence of the first full pazagraph on page 13 <br />be modified to read as follows: "She believed that ~ the family restroom should <br />be located on the ground floor rather than on the upper level." <br />Commissioner Roberts advised that the first sentence of the second full paragraph on <br />page 13 should be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Roberts said that she was <br />extremely excited about the center and noted that her adult children, <br />•-'°° ~°` °~°°~~ °-`° °°°"°'''° •°''"° "-°° •°°-° °-°•°~~° °~ who had all attended PUSD <br />schools, had recognized a paucity as well as a lack of emphasis on civic arts." <br />Commissioner Roberts advised that the first sentence of the 7s' pazagraph on page 15 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "...implementation, innovation, and approach to <br />balance and pFeset~e preservation of the vineyards for the South Livermore Valley Plan." <br />Chairperson Arkin believed that the language of the third pazagraph on page 6 regazding <br />advance notification to the Jones of the Final Map hearing should have been part of the <br />motion. Ms. Decker concurred with Chairperson Arkin's recollection. <br />Ms. Decker noted that the third and fourth sentences of the third pazagraph on page 10 <br />r'' should be modified to read as follows: "Tke-eAI3~ Two members of the PDA t sat on <br />the Task Forceivas: its president, Judy Wheeler Ditter, and its treasurer, Janet <br />Yarborough. Christine Salidivaz, who was instrumental in the writing of this letter,.- <br />~was very supportive of moving ahead...." <br />Commissioner Fox noted that Ms. Salidivar had written the letter regarding the project <br />but did not attend as a Task Force member. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker advised that Item 8.c.. PRZ-13, City of Pleasanton, would be continued to the <br />meeting of March 8, 2006.
