ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Lazissa Seto, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Janice Stern, Principal Planner; Phil <br />Grubstick, City Engineer; Jim Wolfe, Director of Pazks and <br />Community Services; Steve Cusenza, Manager of Utilities; <br />and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Trish <br />Maas, Jennifer Peazce, and Mary Roberts. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Februazy 8, 2006. <br />Commissioner Blank advised that the last line on page 5 should be modified to read as <br />follows: "6keir~eFSea Commissioner Blank seconded the motion." <br />Commissioner Fox requested that the sentence of the first full pazagraph on page 9 be <br />modified to read as follows: "...whether ELS was provided a copy of the Downtown <br />Specific Plan and the Downtown Design Guidelines, Mr. Noland confirmed...." <br />(~ <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES February 22, 2006 Page 1 of 21 <br />
