Page VI-3 In response to an inquiry by Chairperson Arkin regazding the length of the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) contract and whether the City could obtain voting rights on the Board, Mr. Steve Cusenza, Manager of Utilities, replied that he did not know exactly when it ended and added that the City Council had discussed that subject. There was a working arrangement where two elected officials from the City Council met at least yearly with two elected officials from the DSRSD Board to discuss issues with the contract and wastewater treatment. Staff had noted difficulty with that arrangement, and Mr. Cusenza noted that could be brought up again at their next meeting. Chairperson Arkin requested the highlights of that service contract. The 2013 date was derived from a process performed in 1999 by Zone 7. At that time, 2013 was identified, and since then more supplies have been acquired; he believed that date should be updated.
