ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Trish <br />Maas, and Jennifer Peazce. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Mazy Roberts. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 11, 2006. <br />Commissioner Fox noted that with respect to Item 8.c., Home Depot, she did not see any <br />indication of Commission consensus regazding the deletion of the loop road from the <br />plans and would like it added on page 17 just before the sentence, "No action was taken." <br />Commissioner Fox advised that the first sentence of the tenth pazagraph on page 15 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Fox had concerns about a <br />high-intensity traff c location near the Stanley Boulevard/Valley Avenue intersection and <br />about the compatibility with the synagogue next door...." <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES January 25, 2006 Page 1 of 19 <br />
