CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-277 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1989-90 <br /> OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF <br /> Pr~ASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Finance presented the proposed <br /> Operating Budget to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the meeting was held on June 20, 1989, the <br /> proposed budget was reviewed and a public hearing <br /> was held to afford the public the opportunity to <br /> speak; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves and adopts the 1989-90 Operating Budget, <br /> as amended in Staff Report 89:286, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The 1989-90 Operating Budget is further amended <br /> to include $15,000 for CASA and funds to hire one <br /> additional code enforcement officer. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarvet, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ET~~H~~ <br /> KEN <br />ST.~~~ R.
