community workshop with the Planning Commission and the City Council to review <br />current site plans and more refined project concepts from all project developers. The <br />purpose of this meeting would be to provide an opportunity for both the Council and the <br />Planning Commission to collectively discuss and respond to public comments regarding <br />the project. Staff also anticipates this meeting will present an opportunity to discuss the <br />project review process to assure the project is moving forward consistent with Council <br />expectations. <br />In anticipation of the community workshop, staff is open to any comments regarding the <br />Staples Ranch process or the workshop so that they can be incorporated into the <br />community workshop. <br />Submitted by: <br />a s W.
