C. Budget Development Assistance <br />ALVHS shall provide its expertise and experience to assist City staff in the <br />development of budgets for joint programs, exhibits, and events. <br />Timeline/Benchmarks/Parameters for Tasks and Deliverables <br />Budget meeting to be held in conjunction with City two year budget cycle <br />D. Archival Services <br />ALVHS shall provide archival services for the retention and maintenance of <br />all documents, photographs, and historical information related to Alviso <br />Adobe Community Park.
