We would be available to assist the City in the review of bids, award of contract and assist during construction. We have not yet proposed a budget for this part of the work, since it will not be defined until the conclusion of Phase One. City of Pleasanton Responsibilities The City will be responsible for providing the consultant with a reproducible set of topographic base maps. The City will also be responsible for providing assessor's maps, title reports, utility information, ROW cost and landscape/lighting budgets. The City would also assist the consultant in obtaining the right of access to each of the existing parking lots. Schedule and Budcaet Korve Engineering, Inc. proposes to complete the work in Phase One within 12 weeks after receipt of notice to proceed and receipt of the topographic base maps, right-of- way information and utility information. Korve Engineering proposes to undertake the work for a budget of $42,200. Table One shows the manpower estimate and budget estimate per task. This budget does not include any studies to remedy apparent deficiencies in the existing storm drain system downtown. Korve Engineering proposes to invoice the City of Pleasanton on a monthly basis per attached Hourly Billing Rates schedule. Payment would be due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments would be assessed 1-1/2 percent interest per month on the outstanding balance.
