furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and expenses <br />necessary to perform the services as detailed in Section 3 above. <br />Such services shall include, but shall not be limited to: <br />A. Regularly-scheduled pick-up once a week from curb or <br />alley of refuse from each residential unit. Collector shall also <br />provide pick-up at least once a week to commercial and industrial <br />units or more often as requested and shall provide one-time <br />special container (bin) service to any residential unit <br />requesting such service. Said services shall be provided at <br />rates which are in accordance with those adopted by the current <br />Resolution of the City of Pleasanton City Council establishing <br />rates. <br />B. Collection from City facilities and projects as <br />follows: <br />i. Collector agrees to accept at the transfer station <br />and to dispose of free of charge for the City of <br />Pleasanton any and all refuse, including tree <br />stumps, building debris (excluding that from <br />public housing), and other waste material from <br />City projects, which the City Council or City <br />Manager may order removed from any property owned <br />or occupied by the City of Pleasanton, excluding, <br />however, ordinary refuse accumulating on the <br />streets of the city. <br />C. Collector shall provide for all residential <br />property within the City, free of charge, collection service once <br />4. <br />
