granted hereunder, shall be effective until June 30, 2019. 20.2 The City and the Collector shall meet every five (5) years for the purpose of reviewing the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement. 20.3 No later than twenty-four (24) months prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, the Collector may request an extension to this Agreement. The City may require Collector to submit a detailed proposal describing requested terms of renewal and other pertinent information as deemed necessary by the Council. The City may establish conditions upon which a renewal would be granted. SECTION 21 - TERMINATION AND DEFAULT 21.1 In addition to any other remedy herein provided, or provided by law, the City may terminate this Agreement if the Collector is in default of any material term or provision hereof; provided, however, that before such right of termination may be exercised by the City, the City shall give to the Collector at least (180) days notice, in writing, of such default, specifying the particulars in which the Collector is in default, the City Manager and Collector shall meet within seven (7) days and agree on a corrective action plan to cure the default and if such default is cured, the Agreement shall not be terminated by the City. 21.
