granted hereunder, shall be effective until June 30, 2019. <br />20.2 The City and the Collector shall meet every five <br />(5) years for the purpose of reviewing the terms and conditions <br />as set forth in this Agreement. <br />20.3 No later than twenty-four (24) months prior to the <br />expiration date of this Agreement, the Collector may request an <br />extension to this Agreement. The City may require Collector to <br />submit a detailed proposal describing requested terms of renewal <br />and other pertinent information as deemed necessary by the <br />Council. The City may establish conditions upon which a renewal <br />would be granted. <br />SECTION 21 - TERMINATION AND DEFAULT <br />21.1 In addition to any other remedy herein provided, <br />or provided by law, the City may terminate this Agreement if the <br />Collector is in default of any material term or provision hereof; <br />provided, however, that before such right of termination may be <br />exercised by the City, the City shall give to the Collector at <br />least (180) days notice, in writing, of such default, specifying <br />the particulars in which the Collector is in default, the City <br />Manager and Collector shall meet within seven (7) days and agree <br />on a corrective action plan to cure the default and if such <br />default is cured, the Agreement shall not be terminated by the <br />City. <br />21. <br />
