That approval of the storm drainage system <br />be withheld until final design calculations <br />have been completed and the developer has <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the system fully meets the require- <br />ments of this development and all upstream <br />areas intended to be drained through this tract <br />and that the requirements of Alameda. County <br />Flood Control District has been met. <br />8. That all existing wells on the property be <br />properly sealed and abandoned in accordance <br />with City Standards prior to the start of <br />demolition and grading operations. <br />9. That a grading plan be submitted as a part of <br />the required improvement plans. <br />lO.That all in-tract easements be granted as <br />public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />11.That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this scatter by the <br />Fire Chief. <br />12.That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to this <br />tract at the lowest possible cost to the City <br />and in accordance with the method that is commonly <br />in use by the City of Pleasanton at the time of <br />approval of the Final Map. <br />13.That electric power distribution and communi- <br />cation service systems be placed totally under- <br />ground except for pad-mounted transformers and <br />above-ground at the time of approval of the <br />Final Map. <br />14.That the existing overhead utility lines along <br />Santa. Rita Road be undergrounded unless it is <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Director <br />of Public Works that this is economically or <br />technically unfeasible. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 26th day of March, 1969, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Carrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Noes: Commissioner Arnold <br />Chairman Plato <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />6.
