ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Plato <br />Acting Secretary Aiello <br />ABSENT Secretary Castro <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs,. seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meeting of March 12, 1969, were approved as submitted. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. RZ-69-2, D & V Builders, Inc. <br />Application to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone from an A (Agricultural) <br />District to an RM-1500 (Multiple Family) District that property described as <br />Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, containing approximately 3.34 <br />acres, or that parcel commonly known as lying immediately north of the E1 Rancho <br />Motel on the west aide of Santa Rita Road (Public Hearing continued from <br />March 12, 1969). <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing, and Acting Secretary Aiello read the <br />staff report. <br />At the request of D ~ V Builders' representative, Mr. Jim Ghielmetti, this appli- <br />cation, because of the unresolved zoning for that strip of Santa Rita Road which <br />encompasses this application, was requested for an indefinite continuance. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the following resolution wa,s adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 876 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders, Inc., for an <br />amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone <br />from an A (Agricultural) District to an RM-1500 <br />(Multiple Family) District that property des- <br />cribed as Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />Block 3265, containing approximately 3.34 acres, <br />or that parcel commonly known as lying immediately <br />north of the E1 Rancho Motel on the west side <br />of Santa Rita Road, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that at the request of the applicant, <br />and pending a resolvement of the precise zoning <br />for the area encompassed by Annexation ~k49, that <br />this application be continued indefinitely. <br />- 1 - <br />
