Possible revision to the Zoning Ordinance relative to Temporary Conditional Uae <br />Permits by the Citv Attornev <br />A possible revision was explained by Mr. Hirst relative to the temporary condi- <br />tional use permits. <br />Upon motion of Vice Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Coamiiasioner Antonini, and <br />carried, the following resolution was offered: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 887 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />auggeated amendments by the City Attorney, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />hereby adopts Resolution of intention <br />No. 887 for the purpose of holding a Public <br />Rearing to amend Article 20, Temporary Uaes. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of April, 1969, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Co®issioner Gibbs <br />Vice Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />e. Review of the condition of approval for Tract #3004 relative to the elimination <br />of sidewalks for Units #1 and #2. <br />The Commissioners requested the Secretary set a field trip to review this matter. <br />f. This item was information for the Commissioners. Starting with the next meeting <br />of the Planning Commission, the meeting place will be at the new chambers of the <br />Justice Cota~t at 30 West Angela Street. <br />g. At the request of the Planning Director, it was auggeated that an amendment be <br />made to the Zoning Ordinance to amend Sec. 2.102x, regarding front yard setbacks. <br />Upon motion of Vice Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and <br />carried, the following Resolution of Intent was offered: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 888 <br />WHBREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />recommendation of the Planning Director <br />regarding possible amendments to <br />Section 2.102a, frontyard setbacks, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ABSOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />hereby adopts Resolution of Intention <br />No. 888 to amend Article 2, Section 2.102a <br />of Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of April, 1969, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br /> Commissioner Arnold <br /> Commissioner Gibbs <br /> Vice Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />-7- <br />
