'~1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0. 884 <br />WHEREAS, the application of George Oakes for a <br />preliminary development plan for a P.U.D. <br />to allow the construction of seven six-plex <br />units located north of heat Las Poaitas <br />Boulevard and west of Fairlanda Drive, <br />fronting on Fairlanda Drive, containing <br />2.1 acres, has come before this Co®isaion, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Co®isaion <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends <br />to City Council the approval of the concept <br />for said P. U. D, preliminary development <br />plan. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Coa®isaion of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of April, 1969, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br /> Commissioner Arnold <br /> Commissioner Gibbs <br /> Vice Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION NAPS <br />a. Tentative Tract #2837. "Garden Court Homes" <br />The City Attorneq explained that this map is an implementation of the preliminary <br />development plane as appealed by D 6 V Builders and approved by City Council. <br />However, the staff reports were not delivered to the Commissioners on the customary <br />Friday before a Wednesday meeting, and on that premise, Commissioner Arnold <br />motioned that thin item be delayed until the Commissioners had sufficient time to <br />study the report and be in a position to make an intelligent decision. The other <br />Commissioners felt this approach was justified. <br />There was considerable discussion between the Cammisaioners, the City staff and <br />Nr. Dudleq Front, who also did not receive the staff reports until meeting time, <br />but concurred that the item should be delayed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, <br />the following resolution was offered: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 885 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D 6 V Builders, for approval <br />of Tentative Tract Map #2837, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby continues said item <br />until the next regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission on April 23, 1969. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of April, 1969, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Vice Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />- 5 - <br />
