L • . <br />I <br />M I N U T E S <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />^~ <br />Multi-Purpose Room - Valley View School <br />480 Adams Court <br />April 9, 1969 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Vice <br />Chairman Garrigan at 8:15 PM. <br />1. BOLL CALL <br />PRESENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Vice Chairman Garrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT Chairman Plato <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, sad carried, <br />the minutes of the meeting of March 26, 1969, were approved ae submitted. <br />Vice Chairman Garrigan took a few minutes off from the meeting time to introduce the new <br />Assistant Planner, Mr. John Baleatrery, to the Co®isaion members. <br />4. BEVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />9a. Add - Garden Court Homes, approval of Tentative Tract Map X2837 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. RZ-69-5. Soivak-Bollinger Development Company <br />Application to rezone from an A (Agricultural) District to a C-N (Commercial <br />Neighborhood) District, that property described as Parcel 15 of Assessor's Map <br />Book 946, Block 1100, containing 1.37 scree, more or less, and bounded by Santa <br />Rita Boad and Tassajara Road (Public Hearing continued from February 26, 1969). <br />Vice Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. Planning Director Castro advised <br />the Commission that the applicant telephoned him that afternoon, requesting a <br />continuance of this application to April 23, 1969. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was continued until April 23, 1969. <br />Upon sotion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the following resolution was offered: <br />ABSOLUTION N0. 881 <br />WHEEEAS, the application of Spivak-Bollinger Develop- <br />ment Company to rezone from an A (Agricultural) <br />District that property described as Parcel 15 <br />of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1100, coa- <br />taiaing 1.37 acres, more or lees, and bounded <br />by Santa Rita Road and Tassajara Road, has <br />cone before this Commission, <br />- 1 - <br />
