MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COMMISSION.
a. Noavital Studv - Pleasanton Area
Raport from Planning Department to City Council dated March 21, 1969.
Mr. Castro explained the hospital study report sent to the Commiasionera for their
review and information. Also, Mr. Castro pointed out on a site map the most
desirable spots for a hospital site if and when an application comes in.
This item was for informational purposes only.
14. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS.
a. Commissioner Antonini felt that some definite policy should be developed concerning
PUD's. Co®isaioner Arnold felt that an entire concept should be referred back
to the Subdivision Committee for review and recommendation.
The idea would be to send in a PUD proposal with the different phases already set
and once a concept was approved, that would freeze the development for that
particular area.
Planning Director Castro suggested that all amended PUD's be resubmitted with the
new modification. Further, after considerable discussion, it was suggested by
the Commission as a whole that the staff make some suggestions as to how PUD
modifications are to be handled in the future.
There being no further business, upon motion of Commissioner Arnold,
Gibbe, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 PM. ~
- 10 -
